Well, if you’re on this page (like the Returns & Refund page) then either you’ve already purchased something from WOD WE WEAR (thank you for your support!) and want to know about our Shipping Policy or you’re about to purchase and are interested in the finer details of our shipping policy before you make your purchase.
We think we’ve created a Shipping Policy that is fair both for you and for us; we want you to get the best deal and to not have to pay extortionate amounts for shipping, but we can’t cover all costs in all situations.
There may be times when you will need to cover the shipping costs and any local taxes and duties applied to your order.
Below we’ve outlined the finer details of the Shipping Policy and hopefully this answers any questions you may have.
How Our Shipping Process Works:
All orders are processed (picked, packed and made ready to ship) within 1 – 2 business days.
Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders especially during festive periods, order processing may be delayed. If the processing and subsequent shipment of your order is delayed, we will contact you via email.
We use various couriers to ship orders; we select them based on the following:
WOD WE WEAR will choose the appropriate courier for each individual shipment at its own discretion.
Additional charges may apply if an attempted delivery was unsuccessful (e.g. if there was no one to receive the package). Delivery is made to the addressee on the order confirmation. If you would like someone else to receive your order on your behalf, please leave instructions at checkout.

However, there some slight variations on shipping rates for Singapore, Asia and then the Rest of The World.
Domestic Shipping in Singapore:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped together with a tracking number.
This will allow you to go to the courier website to track your order.
For any issues with shipping (lost items / not delivered etc.) PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER SERVICE FIRST and reference your tracking number. Once the order leaves WOD WE WEAR it is in the hands of the courier. If all efforts with to resolve the issue with the courier are unsuccessful, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
International customers may be liable to pay GST / VAT or any other customs levy or import duty imposed by the government or state / province of the receiving authority.
WOD WE WEAR PTE. LTD. ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES / DUTIES / LEVIES OR FEES IMPOSED TO YOUR ORDER EITHER DURING OR AFTER SHIPPING.
These are the sole responsibility of the customer and WOD WE WEAR PTE. LTD. are unable to provide any individual information, advice or refunds based on any of these levied charges.
