Exchange and Refund Policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Well, if you’re on this page (like the Shipping policy page) then either you’ve already purchased something from WOD WE WEAR (thank you for your support!) or you’re about to and you’re just checking out what to do if you need to exchange or return an item that you’ve purchased.

We understand shopping online can sometimes be a bit hit and miss, you might get the size wrong or when the item turns up it’s not quite what you expected, we’ve all been there.

We want you to exceed your expectations when shopping at WOD WE WEAR so if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, we’ll happily accept a return for an exchange or a refund.

Exchange

Our exchange policy is available for local orders within Singapore only.  

Important Notes 

You may return the unused item for exchange or refund within 21 business days of receiving the order.

Simply complete the Returns Form, inputting your order number and email then click RETURN ITEMS.

You’ll then need to answer a few questions regarding your order and we will begin processing your return.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Any original shipping charges paid are not refunded when you return an item.
  • We accept all Returns and Exchanges of merchandise in their original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), attached with all the original garment tags.  
  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
  • Item must be in its original packaging. 
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for a return to be processed once WOD WE WEAR has received the returned item.
  • You will receive email updates during the returns process, keeping you informed as the Return or Exchange is processed.
  • Printable Returns labels will be provided by WOD WE WEAR.
  • Other than replacement of defective goods that are the manufacturer's fault, all shipping charges incurred during postage of Returned item(s) will be borne by you and will not be compensated by WOD WE WEAR. 
  • Please keep proof of postage as WOD WE WEAR will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipping of Returns. 
  • Please allow 14 business days from the date that we receive your returned item(s) to process Returns and Refunds. 
  • Once your shopping perks or promo code has been utilised or expired, they cannot be reinstated or refunded. 
  • If an item is exchanged for another item of a lower value, the outstanding purchase value will not be refunded and will be automatically forfeited. 
  • If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund or store credit for your returned item instead. We make every effort to fulfil exchange requests whenever possible. 

WOD WE WEAR is not obligated to accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds should items not meet the above criteria.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to support@wodwewear.com.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once the item(s) have been shipped.

If you have any questions or are unsure about any of the above criteria, or think you have a situation not mentioned above but feel you may eligible for a refund, then please contact returns@wodwewear.com with any questions or queries, we’re human beings too and make mistakes and click the wrong buttons so we’ll do our very best to help and make sure you’re satisfied and that there’s a resolution we’re all happy with.
