SHIPPING

  • Shipping Policy:

For all questions relating to shipping please follow this link to our Shipping Policy.

  • Domestic Shipping - Singapore:

All orders are processed (picked, packed and made ready to ship) within 1 – 2 business days.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders especially during festive periods, order processing may be delayed.  If the processing and subsequent shipment of your order is delayed, we will contact you via email.

We use various couriers to ship orders; we select them based on the following:

  • Estimated Delivery Times
  • Ability to track shipments
  • Best Customer Value

WOD WE WEAR will choose the appropriate courier for each individual shipment at its own discretion.

Singapore Shipping Rates:

  • $5 SGD – Flat Rate Standard shipping for all orders below $75 SGD.
  • Estimated Delivery Time is between 2 – 5 Business Days.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all Singapore orders over $75 SGD.
  • Estimated Delivery Time 2 – 5 Business Days

International Shipping (Asia):

  • $15.00 SGD – Flat Rate Standard shipping for all orders below $150 SGD
  • Estimated Delivery Time 3 – 10 Business Days.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all International orders over $150 SGD
  • Estimated Delivery Time 3 – 10 Business Days.

International Shipping (Rest of World):

  • $17.50 SGD – Flat Rate Standard shipping for all orders below $175 SGD
  • Estimated Delivery Time 3 – 10 Business Days.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all International orders over $175 SGD
  • Estimated Delivery Time 3 – 10 Business Days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

International customers may be liable to pay GST / VAT or any other customs levy or import duty imposed by the government or state / province of the receiving authority.

WOD WE WEAR PTE. LTD. ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES / DUITES / LEVIES OR FEES IMPOSED TO YOUR ORDER EITHER DURING OR AFTER SHIPPING.

These are the sole responsibility of the customer and WOD WE WEAR PTE. LTD. are unable to provide any individual information, advice or refunds based on any of these levied charges.

Additional Charges 

Additional charges may apply if an attempted delivery was unsuccessful (e.g. if there was no one to receive the package).  Delivery is made to the addressee on the order confirmation.  If you would like someone else to receive your order on your behalf, please leave instructions at checkout.

    PLACING AN ORDER

    • Order Processing

    • The Item I want Is Out Of Stock

    We're not always going to have every size of every product / item in stock.  Sometimes we're limited by what 's available from our suppliers at the time we order from them or it may be that the particular item / product you want is of a limited edition run and not being produced any more.

    However, if there's an item / product you wanted and we don't have it in stock, the best thing to do is to complete the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE SECTION'.

    To do this, simply click on the size of the product you wanted, fill in your email address and we'll notify you when it's back in stock!

    • You Don't Stock My Size

    If we don't offer the size you're looking for please do let us know.

    We're still new to this and as much as we're trying to cater for everyone, we might miss a few of things along the way so please be patient, we'll get there!

    If we don't have the size option you're looking for just let us know at orders@wodwewear.com make the subject heading 'YOU DON'T STOCK MY SIZE' and let us know the size you're looking for (any particular item or brand would be a big help too) and we'll try our best to stock products in that size range in future.

    • Order Change

    If for any reason you need to change or amend your order please contact us at orders@wodwewear.com with the subject heading 'ORDER CHANGE' and we'll get in touch to see how we can help.
